Return Policy
AudioNova is happy to help with any request or issue you may have with products purchased directly on our site. Please read our policy carefully as it may change based on the type of request, product, or time from delivery.
Important Notes Before Purchase
Please verify that your selected product is compatible with your hearing aid(s) before placing an order. For health and hygiene reasons, opened consumable products are nonreturnable. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your audiologist related to product compatibility or usage.
Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. If you request an exchange for a different item, additional charges may apply.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange, email orders@audionova.com with the following:
- Full name
- Shipping address
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
If your return is approved, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with return instructions.
Please:
- Include the RMA inside your return package.
- Ship your return within 10 days of receiving the RMA. Returns not shipped within this window may be voided.
- Ensure the return arrives at our authorized return center within 21 business days of RMA issuance.
Returned items must be inspected and approved by our warehouse team before any refund, credit, or replacement is processed.
Refund Process
Once we receive and process your return:
- Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
- Please allow 3–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Returned items must be:
- In like-new condition
- Include all original packaging and components
We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that are:
- Opened or used (unless otherwise eligible)
- Dirty, unsanitary, or damaged
- Missing parts or accessories
- Misused or improperly handled
If there are any issues with your return, we’ll make reasonable efforts to contact you.
Returns received outside the stated window will not be refunded or credited and may be returned at your expense.
Nonreturnable Items
The following items are final sale and nonreturnable, due to hygienic or clearance policies:
- Clearance items
- Opened items in these categories:
- Batteries
- Domes
- Receivers
- Slim Tubes
- Retention Locks
- Cleaning & Care Products
- Hearing Protection
- Sound Therapy Pillows
- Williams Sound Pocketalkers
- Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. In most cases, we will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
Over-the-Counter (OTC) Hearing Aids
Eligible OTC hearing aids may be returned within 45 days of delivery, if they are in like-new condition and include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
Streaming Accessories
Streaming accessories may be returned within 30 days, provided:
- The device has been unpaired from your hearing aid(s)
- Any receivers have been reinstalled into the device
- All original packaging and accessories are included
Failure to meet these conditions may result in a denied return.
Change of Mind / Product Not Needed
If you no longer need an item or it doesn’t meet your needs:
- You may return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt, if unopened and in original packaging
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility
- Opened or damaged items are not eligible for return or credit
Returns and exchanges for damaged items:
- If you received an item that is damaged or defective, we will happily replace or refund most items at no cost to you if the return request is done within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Returns and exchanges for any other reason:
- Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of receipt. Items that are received damaged will not be refunded.
- Shipping fees on the original order are non-refundable and will be discounted from the refund amount. Additional charges may apply in exchanges for items different than the original.
- Clearance items are not eligible for returns.
How to initiate a request:
- To return or exchange an item, simply email us at orders@audionova.com with your name, address, order number, and the item(s) you would like to return. We will open a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide instructions for next steps.
- Pack your item in a box with a copy of the Return Merchandise Authorization. You are responsible for return shipping & handling charges. Items must be received within 10 days of receiving your RMA.
- Items must be unused, and packaging must be intact. If items are returned and the packaging is opened or damaged in such a way we cannot resell, the refund will be ineligible.
- For returns, once an item is received and processed by us, we will credit you the cost of the item via the same method you were charged. It can take from 3-10 days for the credit to show in your financial statement after that. Items must meet the requirements of our return policy.
